By creating an account or using ScriptReady, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You may create an account using email, Google, or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
You retain ownership of all scripts you upload and recordings you create. By using ScriptReady, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your creative work.
When you share a script via a share link, you authorize the recipient to view and record lines for that script. Share links expire after the set duration. You are responsible for who you share links with. Recordings made by collaborators are stored in your account.
Cloud sync is optional and user-controlled. When enabled, your recordings may be temporarily stored on our servers to facilitate transfer between your devices. Synced recordings are automatically removed from cloud storage 3 days after all devices have downloaded them.
ScriptReady uses ElevenLabs for text-to-speech voice generation. Voice credits are consumed when generating AI voices. Credit usage is non-reversible. Voice credit balances and limits are subject to change.
ScriptReady and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 380 Productions Inc. Scripts and recordings you create remain your intellectual property. You may not commercially redistribute copyrighted scripts uploaded to the platform.
You may only upload material you own or are authorized to use. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the DMCA, and it is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe. Our designated copyright agent, the takedown procedure, and the counter-notification procedure are published at scriptready.app/dmca.
You may not use ScriptReady to: distribute copyrighted material without authorization; harass or harm other users; upload malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate the Prohibited Use section of these terms. If your account is terminated for cause, any unused voice credits and any remaining subscription time are forfeited. Your ability to request account deletion, as described in the Account Deletion section, is unaffected.
You can permanently delete your account at any time in the app via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Upon deletion, your account data, scripts, and recordings are permanently deleted from our servers, and any unused credits of every type (AI voice, script upload, Live Reader — whether granted or purchased) are forfeited and are non-refundable through us. We retain usage analytics, crash reports, and de-identified service records (including AI-voice usage records kept for billing and legal compliance) after account deletion; these are no longer linked to your account identity. We also keep a minimal internal record that the account existed (email address, display name, and account creation, last-use, and deletion dates) for business records and to prevent abuse of free offers; this record is never public. If you no longer have access to the app, visit scriptready.app/delete-account for instructions on requesting deletion.
ScriptReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 380 Productions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or under mandatory consumer protection law where you live.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of ScriptReady, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Talk to us first. If you have a dispute with us, email support@scriptready.app describing the problem and the resolution you want, and we will do the same if we have a dispute with you. Both of us agree to try in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days before starting a formal proceeding. This step does not pause or extend any deadline for bringing a claim.
Where claims are brought. If a dispute is not resolved informally, it must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you and 380 Productions Inc. each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Small claims. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in any small-claims court that has jurisdiction.
Urgent relief. Either of us may seek an injunction or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information, without first completing the informal step above.
Consumers in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Nothing in this section removes the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Where those laws conflict with this section, those laws prevail.
Consumers elsewhere. If the mandatory law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, or applies its own consumer protections, this section does not take that right away.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, you will be notified within the app and asked to re-accept the updated terms. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
