This page explains how to permanently delete your ScriptReady account and its associated data. ScriptReady is developed and operated by 380 Productions Inc.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the ScriptReady app:
Deletion is immediate and complete: your account, profile, scripts, recordings, and shares are permanently deleted from our servers, and any unused credits of every type (AI voice, script upload, Live Reader — whether granted or purchased) are forfeited and are non-refundable through us. Deletion cannot be undone.
We retain usage analytics, crash reports, and de-identified service records (including AI-voice usage records kept for billing and legal compliance) after account deletion; these are no longer linked to your account identity. We also keep a minimal internal record that the account existed (email address, display name, and account creation, last-use, and deletion dates) for business records and to prevent abuse of free offers; this record is never public.
If you cannot access the app, email support@scriptready.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your account email address. We will process your request within 30 days.
